Online ordering data. If you place an online order, our ordering partner (Toast) collects the information required to process your order and payment. This is handled under Toast's privacy practices.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 collects device, browser, approximate location (city-level), referrer, and anonymized usage data via cookies.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) may be retained briefly for security and performance.
